Please kindly take note that:
- Upon receiving the items, please notify us by email within 7 days, if there is any defect/damage.
- Returned item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging with the accessories. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us. The cost of returning the products, delivery of new products must be paid by the buyer.
